PAYMENTS

I accept card payments (Credit & Debit) through the secure payment processor Stripe and also via PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Any item you like can be reserved for 2 days beyond which it will be back up for sale. Kindly complete all payments within 2 days or the item will be listed back for sale. Please send me a message if in any kind of doubt BEFORE placing an order and I will try to work out your needs accordingly.

Please note that items shipped to major destinations in Europe may take 10-14 working days to reach you. Shipments to USA, Canada, Australia, South America and Asia will take between 14-21 working days. These are only approximate estimations only and actual delivery times are dependent on the shipping method, country specific postal holidays and customs delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In any case kindly wait until the lapse of atleast 5 weeks to allow for any unforeseen delays and then report an order not received.

I reserve the right to cancel any order that seems dubious, is expected to go out to an unacceptable location or is in any way inappropriate in nature. The order amount in such case will be fully refunded.

SHIPPING

WITHIN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND: The package will be mailed through AnPost via Registered post service which includes Track & Trace.

INTERNATIONAL: The package will be mailed through AnPost via Registered Post service. Registered post service includes Track & Trace. You can email me to request any shipping upgrades (Express, Priority, Courier) for faster delivery.

International buyers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with receiving the package in their respective country. In addition, please be aware of shipment policies and restrictions within your own country. If these items are not allowed to be shipped into your country, I am not responsible if customs takes possession of a package. 

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
The order will be mailed within 3 business days after receipt of payment. All orders are processed from Dublin, Ireland. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

TRACKING PACKAGES
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the tracking number provided, on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, I will email you the tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. Since packages are sent via AnPost, once the package leaves Ireland, I will have no control over the location of the same and you will have to contact your national postal service provider to find its whereabouts. Of course please feel free to contact me in such case and I will provide any assistance possible from my side.

NON-AVAILABILITY AT DELIVERY
The delivery person will attempt to deliver the package, a particular number of times depending on the local shipping agency of the destination country before they return it to me. I will not be responsible for refunds if the item has been returned to me due to non-availability of the receiver. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip/pin/postal code and a contact number. This will help in delivering your order faster. Also please make sure you track your package regularly and have someone available to sign for and receive the package.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As a policy, I do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product was wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then I am open to discussing options for either refund or re-fulfillment of your order, if possible. 

To return or exchange a product or to report a damage in transit please get in touch with me via email at subhadra@mrinmayeejewellery.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item within 48 hours of receipt of the item. I will look into the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Unfortunately I cannot issue a refund after the lapse of this time. I cannot take responsibility if a customer has damaged the item during use or has had a change of heart. All items of jewellery should be treated with care. 

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, the number of delivery attempts has been exceeded by the shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. 

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency, then I will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders. 

When sending the item back I will not be responsible if the item is lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure you have my correct postal address! Tracking number or signature confirmation is recommended while shipping it back to me .I request you to please pack it back as securely as it was sent in order to avoid any damage while shipping back. I will contact you as soon as I receive the item and have verified that the condition is intact and will issue a refund within 24 hours of receipt of item.

I reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as I deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and I request you to get in touch with me immediately for prompt resolution.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

PLEASE NOTE:
There may be slight variations in the colors of stones owing to lighting differences while taking photographs. I have tried my best to keep it as natural as possible.
Each item is put together and finished by hand, hence there may be ever so slight imperfections. This is an intrinsic characteristic of a hand crafted item and will not have any effect on the beauty or quality of the finished piece.

If the piece allows for any kind of alteration with regard to length I’ll be happy to do it for you. In such case, it will be considered a Custom Design Order and we will have to proceed accordingly which means the costs involved would be higher than the cost of purchasing the pre-made item as is. This is because altering an item involves redoing the entire necklace or earrings which as a result means more time, effort and resources (some new ones used, some previously used ones lost) for me. 

Please get in touch with me BEFORE placing your order and we’ll discuss the options. I always specify the complete length of each necklace or earrings in inches and I measure the necklaces end-to-end which means including the clasps when laid out straight. So please measure out on yourself to see what exactly you would be getting.

I make almost one-of-a-kind pieces and altering/varying them for colour or bead type may not always be possible. I source supplies from various suppliers located all over the world and buy materials specifically for each project.
